Refund Policy

You can request a refund of your account balance once the festival ends, and you have up to 6 days from Tuesday, September 17 at 10:00 local time through the organizer’s website. Once your refund has been approved, we will initiate the payment in your bank account. You will receive the amount due in a certain number of days, depending on the policies of your bank or the issuer of your card. Refunds take up to 7 business days from the date you made the claim to reach your bank account and have a commission of € 1.

 

Drink offers will not be refundable.

What happens if I want to claim my money?

 

In the case of refunds, it takes up to 7 business days from the date you made the claim, to reach your bank account (depending on where you live and your bank).

 

  • Refunds will be available from Tuesday 17 at 10:00 until Sunday 22 at 23:59. To start the process access the organizer’s website and register your bracelet (each bracelet has a unique identifier on the back of the label) and enter the bank account details in which you would like to be reimbursed.
  • View the data of your cargo and expense transactions.
  • Request a refund of your bracelet balance. Reimbursement requests will be processed within a maximum period of 7 business days.
  • Refunds are subject to a € 1 processing fee for each refund request.
  • Drink offers will not be refundable.
